In terms of aiding digestion, it is better than other types of Chinese tea. Does have a strong taste but I am used to it now :)

While this tea was a good experience since I had never tried this particular leaf before I can most certainly say that I wasn\'t fond of it at all. The earthy taste was very overpowering and not at all pleasant. I still prefer the wulong tea
