It is made with premium grade young and tender tea leaves, scented multiple times with jasmine petals (ordinary jasmine tea is scented once) to give the tea a stronger jasmine aroma. The leaves are then hand rolled into pearl shaped balls, hence its name.  This tea is also known as Dragon Pearl Green Tea.
