Directions:

• Hot - Place a teabag into a mug and add about 250 ml of boiling water.  Cover the mug and let it steep for 3 - 5 minutes before enjoying the brew.
• Cold - Place a teabag into a mug and add about 70 ml of boiling water.  Cover the mug and let it steep for 5 minutes before pouring in another 180 ml of ice water.
