Great sauce

It is not as salty and sweet as non organic brands. My family love it. Yes, do not pour into a steaming pot directly. This way, I could keep an opened bottle beyond 2 weeks.
I like it preservative free

The sauce is much thicker and less salty than normal brands. Because it doesn't contain preservative, it needs to be consumed well within a week after opening. Once I was too busy to use up within a week, some sauce on the cover actually turned mouldy even though refrigerated. Still, I like it preservative free. I think would help if you don't pour directly into a steaming pot.
