I always keep a bottle of high activity manuka honey at home. Comes in handy whenever someone wakes up with a bad throat. Must say this is the best value brand I've come across in so many years. As effective for sore throat plus it is certified organic.

it's organic, and has active 15+ -- which makes it very cheap for the quality. love it! (it's a good buy)
