Directions: Pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 5 minutes.

Good for Flu

Chrysanthemum Tea works very well for me at the onset of flu. I like to brew it myself rather than take a packet drink which has mostly sugar and not as effective. Be sure to keep remaining teabags in fridge as the flowers spoil fast in humid weather.
