All prices are in Singapore Dollars by default.  You can view prices in other currencies by selecting your preferred currency using the Currency Selector on the top right hand corner.  Payment will still be collected in Singapore Dollars.

Within Singapore

You can choose to have your order

• self collected from Raffles Place/Outram/Redhill MRT station
• shipped by SingPost normal post* (you'll bear the risk of loss in transit)
• shipped by SingPost registered mail*

* Shipping cost is capped at S$6.  For purchases of S$80 and above, shipping is free (please choose FREE SHIPPING option at checkout).  For bulky/fragile items, we may ship by courier instead. 

We accept payment by

1. Cash (only available for self collection)
2. Credit card/ Paypal
3. Cheque made payable to "NaturaWorks"
4. Electronic transfer to our bank account (account details will be provided upon order confirmation)

Outside Singapore

We accept payment by credit card/paypal. Order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. 

The default shipping mode is by air.  The delivery time provided is an estimate and varies from country to country.  Delay may be due to customs inspection and clearance, and high volume during festive periods.

For orders above 500g, we provide an alternative but slower shipping mode - surface mail.  As it is a flat rate for orders up to 5kg, you will achieve greater savings for big orders.
