Within Singapore

You can choose to have your order

• self collected from Chinatown/ Redhill MRT station
• delivered by normal post (you'll bear the risk of loss in transit)
• delivered by registered mail
• delivered to your door step (delivery charge of $6 is waived for purchases of S$80 and above)

We accept payment by

a) Cash (only available for self collection and door-to-door delivery modes)

b) Credit card/ Paypal

c) Cheque made payable to "NaturaWorks"

d) Electronic transfer to our bank account (account details will be provided upon order confirmation)

Outside Singapore

We accept payment by credit card/paypal. Order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. 

The default shipping mode is by air.  The delivery time provided is an estimate and varies from country to country.  Delay may be due to customs inspection and clearance, and high volume during festive periods.

For orders above 500g, we provide an alternative but slower shipping mode - surface mail.  As it is a flat rate for orders up to 5kg, you will achieve greater savings for big orders.  

If you do not receive your item/s 5 working days after the expected date of delivery, please contact us via email immediately.
