NaturaWorks is a specialty retailer of natural health and beauty products.  It was founded by a health conscious mother who used to scrutinise product ingredients in numerous supermarkets and health stores in search for natural alternatives to highly processed food and synthetically-made products.  She set up this 24-hour natural store in the hope that it would bring convenience to those searching for similar products.    

All our products are carefully chosen to ensure that we bring you only the best quality and value.   Each product has to contain as much natural ingredients as practicable because we believe only these are the best for our health and well being.  Those containing harmful ingredients such as parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate and fluoride are not allowed.  All food items must not contain preservative, colouring or artificial flavouring.  Within each product category, we select only brands that offer the best value.

We respect our environment as much as we care for healthy living.  Here are the little ways in which we do things differently to minimise environmental damage:

• All our product information can be found online.  We do not print catalog.
• Orders are packed and checked electronically.  No packing list is printed.  Customers receive an electronic copy of their order by email.  They can also check order details online. 
• Your purchases are shipped with minimum packaging material without compromising their integrity upon arrival.
• Whenever possible, we reuse the same packaging material our suppliers send the products to us in. 
  
• Using newspaper for packing is part of our recycling efforts.
  
• Customers who pick up their purchases are encouraged to bring their own bag.
• We support brands which share our love for the environment.
